Public Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to law, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North, Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York on November 20, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., at Village Hall located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, for the purpose of considering the following application.
The application of Biener Auto Group, Inc., as applicant and 101 Channel Drive, LLC., as owner for the premises known as 101 Winners Circle a/k/a 382 Channel Drive, Port Washington, New York for a conditional use permit to use the premises herein described to store and park Audi and Ford motor vehicles at said premises. The request is pursuant to Section 176-106 (B) (14) of the Port Washington North Village Code. The parcel of land is located in Economic Development B Zoning District and is further described as Section 4 Block 123 Lot(s) 18, 20, 23, 24, 43 and 50 on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County. The conditional use permit requested is for conditional approval for the use of parking and storage of motor vehicles on said property which is currently not permitted in an Economic Development B Zone. The Applicant and Owner are seeking a conditional use permit.
At said public hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard. Anybody needing special accommodation pursuant to Americans with Disability Act should contact the Village Clerk at least 4 business days before the meeting.
