NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

56B PICCADILLY ROAD (S​/​B/L 1/191/2)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a public hearing on Monday, MAY 14, 2018 at 7:30PM, at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, to hear the application of Morris Lavi, owner, represented by Edward Dickman, architect, for the premises at 56B PICCADILLY ROAD in Great Neck. The applicant is seeking the following variance(s) from the Village Zoning Code and site plan approval in connection with the application for construction of a new single-family residence:

ï ß575-66: The maximum permitted floor area is 3,100 square feet. The proposed floor area is 3,665 square feet. A variance of 565 square feet is required.

The premises are also known as Section 1, Block 191, Lot 2 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and are located in the Residence B-1 Zoning District. A copy of the application materials is available for review in the Village of Great Neck Building Department, Village Hall, during regular business hours.

If anyone needs special accommodations for a disability, such person should contact the Village Clerk at least 5 days before the hearing. At said hearing, all parties and interests will be given an opportunity to be heard.
