I was sad to read about the death of Christopher Slutman, a Marine and FDNY member killed with three other U.S. service members by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan. He was a brave Marine, fireman and a good husband, father and son as reported.
Slutman gave his all in all he had undertaken for the good of the many with love and dedication. As such my heartfelt prayers go out to his family, friends, fellow Marines, firefighters, and the communities in which he served.
R.I.P. Christopher Slutman for a life well-lived for others.
