PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Great Neck will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, New York, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following application and all other matters as may come before the Board.

A public hearing to consider the application for subdivision approval, by Edward Dickman, architect, and David E. Miller, owner, to subdivide one medical condominium into two, at the property known as 233 EAST SHORE ROAD, Suites 102 and 106, Great Neck, New York, and also known as Section 2, Block 229, Lot(s) 510-102 and 510-106 on the Nassau County land and tax map.

The application and accompanying specifications are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties during regular business hours.

Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Great Neck and who require special accommodations because of a disability are requested to notify the Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
