PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 1420 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, New York 11040, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, in order to receive public comment upon the following:

Section 195-14. Continuance of nonconforming uses. The following regulations shall govern the continuation, termination, modification and certification of nonconforming uses.
C. A structure which is legal nonconforming shall be substantially destroyed and the cost to be repaired exceeds 50% of the current structural replacement value thereof.
At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
