Perrone for a use variance from Village Zoning Code Section 230-8A, in order to operate a child learning and developmental Center at the property known as 310 Hillside Avenue, Williston Park, NY 11596, also known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 143, lot 157. The premises are located in the Business District.
