NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20447 JDAC Restaurant Group (Center Cuts), appeal for determination or in the alternative, variance 70-103.A and conditional use pursuant to 70-225.B(7)(a) and 70-229.A to construct alterations for a food use with insufficient off-street parking, kitchen alterations requiring BZA approval, and non-compliance with prior appeal #12075; S/side 1496 Northern Blvd., 620.59’ E/of Shelter Rock Rd., Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 145, Lot 205, B-A District.
