NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 1 Store Hill Road, Old Westbury, on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. on the following application:
1. Application of Old Westbury Eddie LLC Request for site plan approval in order to permit construction of a three (3) car two (2) story detached garage under Article IVA B4 Residence; Section 216-22.10C Accessory structure located closer to the street than the front line of the main dwelling—Proposed Accessary 132 feet, Existing Main Dwelling 180 feet, Variance Required 48 feet; Section 216.22.8A (1) Front Yard—Proposed 132.3 feet, Required 154.5 feet, Variance Required 22.2 feet; Section 216-22.8 A (2) Side Yard/Accessory Structure forward of the rear line of the main dwelling—Proposed 75 feet, Required 102 feet, Variance Required 27 feet.
The premises are shown on the Land and Tax Map of the County of Nassau as Section 19, Block A, Lot 625, also known as 2 Spring Hill Lane
