A public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Port Washington North, Nassau County, New York at Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York on May 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
The hearing will be on the application of Sandy Hollow Associates II, LLC, the applicant for the lot located on Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York and designated more particularly as Section 4, Block J, Lot 753 on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County and located in the Village of Port Washington North. The proposed subdivided property is zoned Residence C. The applicant seeks to subdivide .368 acres of land currently attached to Mill Pond Acres Condominium property. The applicant is seeking to subdivide said land and build a single family home on the proposed .368 acre lot. The hearing will include the proposed subdivision and site plan review of the proposed single family home.
The above application and site plan maps are on file at the Office of the Village Clerk located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington North between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday until the time of the hearing.
Any person interested in the subject matter of said hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference thereto, at the time and place above designated. Anyone needing special recommendation pursuant to the American with Disabilities Act should contact the Village Clerk at least four (4) business days before the meeting.
