SUBJECT: To consider an application filed by Paul Navarra, at the location known as 188 Broad Street, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block183, Lots 9, 10 on the Nassau County Tax Map, for the following Variance of the Municipal Zoning Code:
1. Section 230-12C(1) On a corner lot, a fence in excess of four feet and not more than six feet may be constructed or maintained only upon approval by the Board of Appeals as a Special Exception, after Public Hearing.
All Interested may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application, can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department.
