VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Kings Point at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024, on 13th September 2018 at 7:00 p.m. The Board will immediately adjourn for advice of counsel and, at 7:30 p.m., the Board will commence public hearings for the consideration of the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board:
CASE NO. PRBZA20180305 Application of Parviz & Parvaneh Khodadadian, as owners, with regard to the premises at 18 Cricket Lane, Kings Point, New York, for the following variance from the Code of the Village of Kings Point for a one-story addition to their single-family dwelling to add an attached enclosed garage:
ß161-109(B): to permit an aggregate side yard of 61.67, instead of the required 65 feet.
The premises are shown on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 1 Block 175, Lots 52 & 53 in a Residence A2 zoning district.
The application and accompanying exhibits are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected during normal business hours.
At said hearing, all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
In the event that anyone needs a special accommodation for a disability, such person is requested to contact the Village Clerk at least five days before the hearing.
