Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly filed on October 10, 2018, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the CCP (Calendar Control Part Courtroom) in the Nassau County Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY on January 22, 2019 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 57 Laurel Lane, Roslyn Heights, NY. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of East Hills, County of Nassau and State of New York, Section 7, Block 114 and Lot 79. Approximate amount of judgment is $983,932.77 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 003198/2017.
