Weight Loss Hypnosis

Certified Hypnotist, John George will demonstrate how hypnosis can help you lose weight and keep it off. He will discuss why we eat when we’re not hungry as well as why diets don’t really work. You will also have the opportunity to experience a hypnosis session learning to eat healthier and smaller portions. $5 per person. Must pre-register and pay in the library.
National Library Week

Tween Paint a Spring Trivet
April 4 at 4 p.m.
Whether you are celebrating Easter, Passover, Eid al-Fitr or just want to make a pretty trivet, head over to the library for some painting fun. $15 per person. Must pre-register and pay in the library.
Babysitting Workshop
April 11, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The library is proud to offer a babysitting workshop. Registered nurses JoAnn Tanck and Georgette Basso will discuss the basics of childcare and the responsibilities of babysitting. Children ages 12 and up. $5 per person. Bring a doll or a stuffed animal for training purposes. A certificate of achievement will be awarded upon completion of workshop.
