REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR FIREWORKS COMPANIES TO PRODUCE A FIREWORKS SHOW AT THE PARK AT EAST HILLS
Specification No.01/2018 for Proposals
The Incorporated Village of East Hills (VEH) seeks proposals from highly experienced fireworks companies to produce a fireworks show on July 3, 2018 which begins at approximately 9:15 PM, or when it turns dark, with a rain date of July 4, 2018. ) The show must be 17 to 19 minutes in length and be set to music and synchronized through computer technology.
The Proposer must have an extensive background in producing municipal fireworks displays or comparable background and qualifications, and must have an excellent, recognized reputation in the field.
Copies of the RFP, which contain all the specific requirements, may be picked up at Village Hall on and after March 29, 2018 at 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, New York from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. up to and including the submission date. All offers are subject to final approval by the Board of Trustees of East Hills which shall, in its full and complete discretion determine the proposal which best serves the overall objectives of the Village. VEH retains the right at any time before acceptance in its sole discretion to reject and/or accept all of the proposals, or cancel the RFP for any reason it deems appropriate. Noncollusive certifications are required to be executed.
Proposals will be accepted at Village Hall up to 1:00 p.m. on the Submission date of April 11, 2018. The Village reserves the right, as best serves its interest, to change any of the projected dates set forth in this RFP, including, but not limited to, the due date for receipt of proposals. The Village reserves the right to reject all proposals.
