PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing in the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on May 17, 2018, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Kevin & Christina Kennedy, 201 Dickson Circle, East Williston, New York to request variances from:
Section 160-37 Fences and Walls (B)(2) No fence shall be erected in a front yard except where such fence is erected along or behind the minimum required front yard setback line.
Applicant seeks to construct a fence in the front yard of the premises.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any interested party may appear personally and be heard.
