NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20430—Remeshan Chandroth, conditional use 70-45 and variances 70-100.2.G and 70-231 to maintain mother-daughter interior alterations not in compliance with Town Code and a shed within a required side yard setback; W/side 210 Cherry Ln., 260’ N/of Witter Ave., Carle Place, Sec. 8, Blk. 97, Lot 53, R-C District.
APPEAL #20435—AT&T Services (Signs), variances 70-196.J(1)(b) and 70-196.J(1)(f) to erect signage exceeding the permitted height, height above grade and area; N/W/cor, #211-217 Old Country Rd & Marginal Rd., Carle Place, Sec. 10, Blk. N, Lots 280, 281, I-B District.
