Nassau County police are investigating a robbery that occurred Saturday at an Amoco gas station in Garden City Park.
A man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and black mask entered the gas station, located at 2200 Hillside Ave., around 6 p.m., according to police. He revealed a black handgun and demanded money from an employee before fleeing with an undisclosed amount, police said.
The suspect was last seen fleeing by foot northbound on Tuxedo Avenue.
As of Tuesday afternoon there were no updates to the investigation.
