PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Great Neck will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, New York, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following application (s) and all other matters as may come before the Board.
A public hearing to consider application for site plan review by Edward Dickman, architect, representing Morris Lavi, owner, to build a new 2 story frame dwelling with cellar and attached garage at 33 Elliot Road, Great Neck, New York, also known as Section 2, Block 171, Lot 203 on the Nassau County land and tax map.
The application (s) and accompanying specifications are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties during the regular business hours.
Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Great Neck and who require special accommodations because of a disability are requested to notify the Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
