PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m. on September 9,2020, at the Kings Point Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024 with respect to the
following application and such other matters as may come before the Board.
CASE NO. PRPB20180385-
The continued amended
application of May Dock Lane, LLC, as owner, for preliminary plat approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of land known as 229 Dock Lane, comprising approximately 309,546.7 gross square feet and 276,400.8 net square feet,into three parcels, with no new streets. The subject property is shown on the Nassau
County Land and Tax Map as Section 1, Block 196, Lots 32 and 33, and is located Residence A2 District of the Village of Kings Point.
The application and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected during normal business hours.
At said hearing all parties in
interest will be given an
opportunity to be heard.
