On a beautiful fall afternoon, the Plandome Heights Civic Association (PHCA) recognized the efforts of the Town of North Hempstead’s Parks Department employees with citations for maintaining Plandome Pond Park.
“The park has never looked better”, remarked PHCA President Rosemary Mascali.  “We appreciate the exemplary efforts of the Parks Department team in maintaining this passive park, especially during the pandemic.”
Councilwoman Marianne Dalimonte joined several PHCA board members in expressing their appreciation for the team’s dedication.
