Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly filed on May 23, 2017, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the CCP (Calendar Control Part Courtroom) in the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY on August 08, 2017 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 37 Orchard Drive, East Williston, NY. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of East Williston, Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, Section 9, Block 221 and Lot 27. Approximate amount of judgment is $2,086,394.10 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 001321/09.
