York 11040. Sec 33 Block 195 Lot 152. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with
the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau and
State of New York. Approximate Amount of Judgment is $545,456.44 plus interest and
costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No 14-8332.
