NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20905 Joby Jose, variance 70-100.2(4) to erect a fence taller than allowed facing a street; NE/cor. #52 Pilgram St. & Delano Ct., New Hyde Park, Sec. 8, Blk. 329, Lot 1, R-C District.
APPEAL #20909 Talon Analytical, LLC, variances 70-194 & 70-103A to keep a fence that is too high and to build a new laboratory and storage area with not enough parking spaces; SW/cor. #50 Rose Place and Broadway, Garden City Park, Sec. 33, Blk. 177, Lots 11-16, 34, 36,46, I-B District.
APPEAL #20843—David Latham, variances 70-44 and 70-100.2 to maintain commercial vehicle parking on a residential property (not a permitted use), and erection of fencing exceeding the permitted height; N/Side 255 Park Ave., 140’ E/of Armstrong Rd., Garden City Park, Sec. 33, Blk. 174, Lots 14 & 15, R-C District.
