NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20708 1111 Northern Boulevard, LLC (Car Care of Manhasset, Inc.), variances 70-203P(2)(a), 70-203P(2)(f), 70-196K, and 70-196K(4) to reconstruct a gasoline service station with a convenience store having GFA exceeding the permitted maximum, insufficient landscaping along Northern Boulevard, construction of canopy signs, Koala signs, and wave and blade signs (not permitted sign types) and a ground sign exceeding permitted area; NE/cor. #1111 Northern Blvd. & Maple St., Manhasset, Sec. 3, Blk. 236, lots 10 & 11, B-A District.
