NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Trustees, at a remote public hearing held via the Zoom App on†February 8, 2021 adopted following Local Law.LOCAL LAW. 1 of 2021- A Local Law to amend Lake Success Code Chapter 99 entitled ìTree Preservationî subsection 4 entitled ìPermit required; application; hearingî subparagraph ìD.PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE†that due to public health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Village Hall is not open to the public.†In accordance with Governor Cuomoís Executive Order 202.1, the Village has limited Village Office Hours and public access to Village facilities to adhere to state-mandated social distancing to limit the spread of the virus.† Accordingly, Local Laws will not be available for inspection at Village Hall.
