NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20827—Elizabeth Sombrotto, variance 70-103.B to construct a garage conversion with insufficient parking space dimensions; W/side 155 Birchwood Dr., 891.78’ N/of Betty Rd., New Hyde Park, Sec. 9, Blk. 564, Lot 12, R-C District.
APPEAL #20830 Amandeep Kaur, variances 70-47.1.D, 70-52.3.A, & 70-52.3.B, to subdivide a property and create lots with insufficient lot widths, and to maintain a dwelling which does not comply with the sky exposure plane requirements; N/side #179 Bedford Avenue, 200’ E/of Thorens Avenue, Garden City Park, Sec.33, Blk. 153, Lot 318, R-B District.
