NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20786 Salman Khan, variances 70-49.C, and 70-51.A, to construct additions exceeding the permitted GFA, and having insufficient side and aggregate side yard setbacks; S/side #26 Joseph St. 356.32’ E/of Claudy Avenue., New Hyde Park, Sec. 8, Blk. 232, Lot 25, R-C District.
APPEAL #20774—Castro Realty (Gary Pincus), conditional use 70-187.P, and variances 70-103.A, 70-103.G, 70-208.F, & 70-212.B to maintain a conversion of a non-conforming retail space to industrial office, public assembly, warehousing and a food use (a conditional use) with insufficient off street parking, an outdoor storage area within a required front yard setback that is not sufficiently screened from view at ground level and occupying a required parking area; 50 Nassau Terminal Road, 573.65 ‘ S/of Jericho Tpke., New Hyde Park, Sec. 33, Blk. K, Lot 1K, I-B District.
