NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Town of North Hempstead—Board of Zoning Appeals
Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals.
The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00 a.m.
APPEAL #20500—Sajid Khan, variance 70-29.B to construct additions exceeding the permitted area; N/side 73 Robby Ln., 412.72’ E/of Lake Dr., New Hyde Park, Sec. 8, Blk. 255, Lot 35, R-A District.
APPEAL #20628 International Swaminarayan Satsang Organization, variances 70-103.A, 70-103.B, & 70-231 for a change of occupancy to a place of worship having insufficient off-street parking, insufficient off-street parking space dimensions, and use of the cellar for sleeping; and an appeal for determination, or a variance in the alternative from 70-34.A to use the building as a mixed use building, not a permitted use; N/side #1000 Marcus Ave., 80’ E/of Aster Drive., New Hyde Park, Sec. 8, Blk. 315, Lot 5, R-B and B-A Districts
