PUBLIC HEARING
INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF LAKE SUCCESS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Success Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on July 8th, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Village Hall, 318 Lakeville Road, Lake Success, New York, to consider the following amendments to the Lake Success Code:
Amendment to Chapter 119 entitled ‘Traffic Signs ‘ by adding a new §119-21 entitled ‘Speed Bump Sign,’ one to be located at Westminster Road in front of the property line of 66 and 68 Westminster Road heading southbound, and one to be located in front of 69 Westminster Road heading northbound.
Amendment to Chapter 119 entitled ‘Traffic Signs’ by adding a new §119-22 entitled ‘Traffic Calming Devices,’ to install a speed bump in front of the property line of 66 and 68 Westminster Road heading southbound and one in front of 69 Westminster Road heading northbound.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed local laws are available for inspection and copying at Village Hall during regular business hours.
At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Lake Success Board of Trustees and who require listening devices and/or a sign language translator are requested to notify the Village Administrator no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting
