NOTICE OF COLLECTOR OF THE TAXPAYERS OF THE
INC. VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK, NASSAU COUNTY, NY
TAKE NOTICE, that Gerard M. Bambrick, Village
Administrator/Treasurer and Collector of Taxes in and for the
Village of Floral Park, Nassau County, New York has received
the Tax Roll for the period from June 1, 2021 to May 31,
2022, and that it will be available at the Village Hall, 1 Floral
Boulevard, on the Village website, www.fpvillage.org, and at
the Public Works Building located on Pool and Garage Road,
from June 1st to July 1st, 2021, inclusive, from 8:30 am until
4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND
HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED, for the purpose of receiving taxes
assessed upon such roll. All taxes paid during that time will
be received without fee or penalties.
As per Resolution No. 2021-71 adopted by The Board
of Trustees on April 6, 2021 due to the Covid pandemic:
ìWherein pursuant to Real Property Tax Law Section 1434,
Village taxes for the 2021/22 of the Inc. Village of Floral Park
Tax year may be paid as follows: First half village tax amount
due by June 1, 2021 and paid by July 1, 2021 without
penalty; Second half village tax amount due by December 1,
2021 and paid by December 31, 2021 without penalty; and
Second half taxes may be paid in advance at any time prior to
December 1, 2021.î
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT ON ALL SUCH TAXES
REMAINING UNPAID AFTER JULY 1, 2021 (BY CLOSE OF
BUSINESS), FIVE PER CENT (5%) WILL BE ADDED FOR THE
FIRST MONTH AND AN ADDITIONAL ONE PER CENT (1%)
FOR EACH MONTH AND FRACTION THEREOF:
THEREAFTER UNTIL PAID.
