PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Russell Gardens will not take place on April 1,2021 (1st Thursday in April). Instead, the Board of Trustees will meet via ZOOM on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 8:00 P.M. Instructions to join the meeting are as follows:
If you have a computer, tablet, or smartphone, you can register and log in to see the video and hear the audio of the live session. You can access the zoom meeting at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89221863377?pwd=cDhFbjJ4SzBOcTloM1M3cjFGMHJRZz09 and click on ìJoin a Meetingî and enter Meeting ID 892 2186 3377 and Passcode 778394. You can also call into the ZOOM meeting at 1 929 205 6099, when prompted enter the meeting ID and passcode provided above. On the evening of April 8, 2021, log into the meeting at 7:55 P.M. You will be placed on hold until the meeting begins.
