PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing in the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on June 21, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Giulio and Kristen Mancuso11 Post Avenue, East Williston, New York to request variances from:

Variance #1 Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Placement of Accessory uses and buildings

Sub-section D (1) (a) ‘On a property with a detached garage, the section of the driveway running from the street line must be no more than 10 feet in width

Requested varying widths ​​ 11.0 feet to 14.6 feet
