Knights of Columbus muster for NHP fair

The Island Now

The New Hyde Park Knights of Columbus were out in full force at the New Hyde Park Village Street Fair on Sept. 21, raising money for disabled children charities.

Grand Knight Tom Liddy was on his megaphone getting people to stop by the stand and make a donation. Village trustee Don Barbieri stopped by along with his dog helper, Hallie, to make a donation. Even the oldest member, 97-year-old Al Airone, was out getting people to donate. The Knights of Columbus raised $850 in donations that day.
