Children can celebrate Presidents’ Week with an all-day creative program offered at the Gold Coast Arts Center in Great Neck. Gold Coast Arts Center School for the Arts is once again offering its popular VacationArts program on non-school days for children in pre-K through 7th grade.

This year’s winter program is from Feb. 19 to 22, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with activities that include art, music, chess, acting, and dance taught by experienced instructors. Each day of VacationArts is full of artful activities in a professional and creative environment. Children leave the Arts Center each day happy, confident and proud of what they’ve accomplished in the program.

“After experiencing one day at the Gold Coast Arts Center, children want to spend their whole vacation here,” said Ellen Schiff, director of the School for the Arts at the Gold Coast Arts Center.

The program takes place at the Gold Coast Arts Center, 113 Middle Neck Road in Great Neck. The affordable tuition includes a nut-free snack and a full lunch while offering optimal flexibility for parents.

VacationArts is also available during spring recess in April. The center offers sibling discounts for all camps and classes and special pricing for members.
