PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 1410 of New York State Real Property Tax Law, on April 1, 2020 the Board of Assessors of the Incorporated Village of Lake Success, New York, filed with the Village Clerk the completed and verified Assessment Roll of the Incorporated Village of Lake Success for the fiscal year June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021. The Assessment Roll will remain on file at the Village Office and will be available for inspection for 15 days from the date of this notice on the Village ‘s website at www.villageoflakesuccess.com
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, Village Hall is not open to the public. In accordance with the Governor Cuomo ‘s Executive Order 202.1, the Village has limited Village Office Hours and public access to Village facilities to observe social distancing to limit the spread of the virus. Accordingly, the Assessment Roll will not be available for inspection at Village Hall. Instead, it will be available for inspection on the Village’s website as noted above.
