PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2017 at 7:30PM, at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, to hear the application of Farjad Zaghi, representing Deborah Ishael, owner of the premises at 71 HICKS LANE in Great Neck. The applicant is seeking the following variance from the Village Zoning Code in connection with the application for a two story addition:
ï ß575-80: The proposed floor area is 3,225 square feet, while the maximum floor area permitted is 3,020 square feet. A variance of 205 square feet is required.
The premises are also known as Section 1, Block 76, Lot 251 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and are located in the Residence C Zoning District. A copy of the application materials is available for review in the Village of Great Neck Building Department, Village Hall, during regular business hours.
