PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Great Neck will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, New York, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following application and all other matters as may come before the Board.
A public hearing to consider the continuation of the application for subdivision and site plan approval, by Paul Bloom, attorney, and Joshua Gold, owner to subdivide one lot into two lots, at the property known as 38 Brokaw Lane, Great Neck, New York, and also known as Section 1, Block 99, Lot(s) 37-42 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
The application and accompanying specifications are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties during regular business hours.
Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Great Neck and who require special accommodations because of a disability are requested to notify the Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
