GIVEN that the fiscal affairs of the Great Neck Union Free School District for the period beginning on July 1, 2017 and ending on June 30, 2018, have been examined by Cullen & Danowski, LLP and that the report of the external auditor has been filed in the office of the Assistant Superintendent for Business where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to section thirty-five of the general municipal law and section twenty one sixteen-a (b) (1) of the Education Law, the governing board of the Great Neck Union Free School District shall prepare a written response in the office of the Assistant Superintendent for Business as a public record for inspection by all interested persons no later than February 15, 2019.
