PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, MAY 3, 2018 at 7:30PM, at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, to hear the application of Yvette Zubli, owner, represented by Kevin McCray, architect, for the premises at 4 WILLIAM STREET in Great Neck. The applicant is seeking the following variance(s) from the Village Zoning Code in connection with the application for a one-story addition to a single-family residence:
ï ß575-75: The distance between an accessory building and the main building shall be not less than 10 feet. The proposed distance between the existing garage (accessory building) and the addition to the dwelling (main building) is 4 feet. A variance of 6 feet is required.
The premises are also known as Section 1, Block 25, Lot 38 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, and are located in the Residence B Zoning District. A copy of the application materials is available for review in the Village of Great Neck Building Department, Village Hall, during regular business hours.
