Elmont Memorial recognizes November Model Citizens

The Always a Better Choice Committee at Elmont Memorial High School wishes to honor students that perform good deeds each and every day.

These model citizens deserve recognition and make Elmont Memorial a better place. The theme for the month of November was gratitude.

The honored students were, Sacha Adams, who found a teacher’s laptop and returned it to the main office. Kobenan Date, who found a lost iPhone and returned it to the main office. Jordane Francis, who returned another student’s phone. Myles haywoods, who found Found a large sum of money and returned it to his science teacher. Chelsea Jackson and Kelly Williams-Carter, who assisted and calmed a student who was upset and brought her to see a school counselor. Valire Muse, who found glasses and brought them to the main office. Courtney Jackson, Lailaa Swift and Linsey Swift who helped Helped an injured student after school and made sure the student received medical attention.
