Join us for an informative event to learn practical tips, get creative ideas to ease stress and find out how medical cannabis can help, featuring Teepa Snow, dementia care training specialist; Dr. Grace I. Forde, pain medicine/neurology; Taylor Herbert, Sid Jacobson JCC’s director of specialized senior services and Dr. David Davis, author of “Support the Caregiver.”
The day includes a resource fair with more than 30 community vendors. CEU’s are available to social workers and case managers. Advance registration required by Monday, Nov. 12. Valet parking, breakfast and lunch are included.
The event will be at Sid Jacobson JCC on Nov. 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Entry is $20 for caregivers, $10 for members of Adult Day Programs at Sid Jacobson JCC, $30 for professionals and $60 for social workers and case managers obtaining CEU’s. To register, visit sjjcc.org/careday.
