SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF NASSAU, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DOING BUSINESS AS CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAT 2014-6TT, Plaintiff, vs. MARVIN C. WEISS; SUSAN E. WEISS, ET AL., Defendant(s).
Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly filed on October 18, 2018, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the CCP (Calendar Control Part Courtroom) in the Nassau County Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY on January 22, 2019 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 612 Bryant Ave, New Hyde Park, NY. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of New Hyde Park, County of Nassau and State of New York, Section 8, Block 29 and Lots 6, 7 and 199. Approximate amount of judgment is $462,444.79 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 1182/14.
