LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees will continue a Public Hearing on Monday, June 19, 2017, at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Village Hall, 494 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York, for the purpose of considering an application by New York SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for a permit under Village Code Section 230-14.1 to construct, operate and maintain a public utility wireless communication facility on certain property located at 270-274 Hillside Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, which is known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 157, Lots 11, 152 and 153. Applicant is a lessee of the subject premises for the purpose of establishing such facility.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Village Hall.
