PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Appeals of the Inc. Village of Williston Park will hold a continuation of public hearing (open to the public) as follows:

SUBJECT: To consider an application filed by Little Tulip Day Care Center, Inc. for (1) a use variance from Village Zoning Code Section 230-8A, in order to operate a day care center use in a portion of an existing building at the property known as 294 Hillside Avenue, Williston Park, NY 11596, also known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 144, Lots 31-31, 124-131 and (2) a parking variance. Under the Village Code, 34 parking spaces are required, and the applicant proposes to provide 14 parking spaces. The premises are located in the Business District.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place. Application is available for review at the Village Hall during regular business hours.
