A historic day in American history has occurred again with the inauguration of President Barack Obama.
This now has happen on Martin Luther King Jr. day, who fought hard for civil rights and gave his life for that cause.
Remember also Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation that set the stage for a African-American to become president.
But now President Obama must attempt to unite Democrats and Republicans in a common cause for the good of the American people.
For remember a house divided against itself, that house cannot stand. So let it not be said years from now that America was once a great nation but lost its’ way.
