Notice is hereby given that I, Palma Torrisi, Clerk of the Village of Port Washington North, Nassau County New York, have received the 2021/2022 tax roll of the Village of Port Washington North for collection of the Village real estate taxes therein levied. All taxes for which payment has not been received by me and remain unpaid after July 1, 2021, shall have added an additional five percent (5%) interest for the month of July, and for each month and fraction thereafter, an additional interest payment, which shall be computed at the maximum percentage rate permitted, pursuant to the Real Property Tax Law, until said taxes and accrued interest are paid in full.
