NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2021
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, Village Hall, One Floral Boulevard, Floral Park will fold a public hearing on the 1st day of June, 2021 at 8:00 o’clock in the evening of that day, to consider enactment of the local law entitled: ‘A Local Law adopted pursuant to Cannabis Law ß131 opting out of licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Incorporated Village Of Floral Park.’ This local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the Secretary of State.†DATED: May 14, 2021
