Genoa City Live, a series of live fan events dedicated to CBS’ long running daytime drama, “The Young and the Restless,” will be at The NYCB Theatre at Westbury on Sunday, Jan. 24 at 1 p.m.

Confirmed cast members from “The Young and the Restless” include Eric Braeden (Victor Newman), Christian Jules Leblanc (Michael Baldwin), Sean Carrigan (Ben “Stitch” Rayburn) and Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman).

Fans will get up close and personal with their favorite stars in an event that features audience interaction, question and answers, behind-the-scene stories and secrets, trivia and photos.

Two hundred pre-registered fans will get the chance to have the actors sign autograph and take photos. The event takes a walk down memory lane as fans relive moments of their favorite daytime soap opera with their favorite actors from the past 42 years.

“The fans of “The Young and the Restless” have such a special place in their hearts for these actors who in turn have a deep appreciation for the fans,” said Bill Lee, executive producer at Faze 3 Presents.

Created by William J. Bell and Lee Phillip Bell, “The Young and the Restless” premiered on March 26, 1973 and revolutionized daytime television, setting the standard as the No. 1 daytime drama for more than 20 consecutive years.

The fictional Midwestern metropolis, Genoa City, is home to the rivalries, romances and socially conscious storylines around the lives and loves of a wide variety of strong characters (dominated by the Newman, Abbott, Chancellor, Baldwin and Winters families).
