The Women’s Club of The Congregational Church of Manhasset will host its annual Antiques Fair on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 26 and 27. Presented by Flamingo Eventz, this is Long Island’s longest-running show.
Exhibitors will offer a wide range of classical antiques, fine Orientalia, European and American porcelain, china and pottery, jewelry, silver, textiles and exceptional decorative accessories. In addition, the country store, sponsored by the church’s Women’s Club, will feature handmade crafts and a variety of homemade baked goods.
The hours on Saturday are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $6 per person and children under 12 are free when accompanied by a paid adult. From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday only, John Bruno, star of Market Warriors, will offer antiques appraisals at $5 per item. Ardito’s Deli will sell homemade Italian specialties and beverages.
The Congregational Church of Manhasset is located at 1845 Northern Blvd (Rt. 25A), Manhasset, directly opposite the Miracle Mile. All areas are handicapped accessible, and there is free parking. The church’s telephone number is (516) 627-4911.
