Friday, Oct. 7
Long Beach defeated Manhasset 34-13. Sam Brown led Long Beach with four touchdown passes and 278 passing yards.
Saturday, Oct. 8
Carey defeated Herricks 21-14.  Shaheem Taylor-White led Carey with 62 rushing yards on 11 carries and a touchdown.
Plainedge defeated Roslyn 43-20. Alex Brown led Plainedge with 170 passing yards and three touchdowns.
Carle Place/Wheatley defeated Cold Spring Harbor 13-12. Chris Kelly led Carle Place/Wheatley with 135 rushing yards on 19 carries and threw for 34 passing yards.
Corey Iglesias’s tackle with four minutes left to play prevented Cold Spring Harbor from converting on the two point conversion.
North Shore defeated Mineola 40-7. Ryan Aughavin led North Shore with four touchdowns on 155 yards passing and rushed for 112 yards.
New Hyde Park defeated Floral Park 27-25.
Brian Hoerter led New Hyde Park with 60 rushing yards on six carries and 12 tackles. Floral Park’s Cole Horan ran for two touchdowns.
Mepham defeated Sewanhaka 36-33. Michael Valentino led Mepham with 172 rushing yards, including the go ahead touchdown with 31 seconds left in the game.
Calhoun defeated Great Neck North 49-20. Thomas Cummings led Calhoun with 196 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 22 carries.
Chaminade defeated Holy Cross 21-13. Matt Chmil led Chaminade with 101 passing yards and a touchdown while Frank Tangredi rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown.
Panas defeated Port Washington 41-21.
